Public plaza renovation / San Antonio, Texas
San Antonio Main Plaza renovations
The lighting legend points to a fixture schedule. The sheet has none.
The Main Plaza project renews a public plaza in downtown San Antonio. It includes many light fixture types and a rooftop heating and cooling unit. Our review found two places where the drawings leave a bidder without one clear answer.
Finding 01
The lighting legend sends bidders to a fixture schedule that is missing.
Sheet LD101 is titled "Enlarged Lighting Layouts and Fixture Schedule". Its legend says "See fixture schedule on sheet LD101 for full specifications." The sheet shows the restroom building plan, the vault level plan and the legend. It shows no fixture schedule.

Sheet LD101
No scheduleTwo plans and a legend only
Why it matters
The legend lists fixture types from F1A to XF11, including pole lights, string lights and an RGBW floodlight. Without the schedule, a bidder has no manufacturer, catalog number or wattage to price.
The question to ask
Sheet LD101 directs bidders to a fixture schedule on LD101, and none appears there. Please issue the complete luminaire schedule with manufacturer, catalog number, wattage, voltage and mounting for each type.

What we know now: As of October 25, 2026, no addendum or bidder question addressed the lighting schedule.
Finding 02
The rooftop unit has different electrical data on two sheets.
The M502 rooftop unit schedule lists RTU-1 with a 5 HP fan motor at 208/3, MCA 74.0 and MOCP 80.0. The E600 equipment connection schedule lists RTU-1 at 3 HP, 51.2 A full load, 64.0 A MCA and 70.0 A MOCP.
Mechanical schedule
5 HP, MCA 74.0M502, RTU-1
Electrical schedule
3 HP, MCA 64.0 AE600, RTU-1
Why it matters
The mechanical and electrical trades could price different units. The wire and breaker size follow whichever data governs. The numbers alone do not show a code problem.
The question to ask
M502 lists RTU-1 at 5 HP, MCA 74.0 and MOCP 80.0. E600 lists it at 3 HP, MCA 64.0 A and MOCP 70.0 A. Please confirm the governing RTU-1 electrical data and update the electrical design to match.
