What do you need from us?
The drawings for the job you have due. Your prices, labor rates and sub quotes if you have them.
What do contractors get?
The estimate. Your job priced line by line in Excel. Each line shows its quantity and where its price came from. The bid package. Scope by trade, allowances, exclusions, clarifications, assumptions and terms, ready for your team to check and send. The mistakes we find. Each one with the page and the exact words from the drawing, biggest money first. The questions for the architect. A ready question on each mistake that needs one.
Where do the prices come from?
We use your prices, labor rates and sub quotes. Where you have none, we use public price data and mark the line. We flag every missing price, assumption and decision.
What do architecture firms get?
The redlines. Your PDF set, marked on the sheet at each conflict, with the proposed correction in words and the sheet that supports it. The correction log. Every item by sheet and priority, with its status: correction written, your decision, or consultant answers. The open questions. A drafted question for each consultant on the items that wait for them.
Do you change our Revit or CAD files?
You get an annotated PDF of your set and a correction log. Your team makes the changes in your Revit or CAD files.
How accurate is it?
Your team checks everything before it goes out. Ask about any line on the call and we open its sheet and source. Mebbian can miss mistakes or flag something that is correct.
What happens to my files?
We keep your files confidential and use them only for your job. They stay until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them for the job. Write to contact@mebbian.ai and we delete the files and the work we prepared from them. Provider backups clear on each provider's schedule. Our privacy policy lists where the files go.
Does my first job build a company brain?
No. On your first job we use your files only to prepare that job, and we don't use them for any training. After you sign on, we build your company brain from the past jobs you give us. It holds your jobs, standards and decisions for your firm alone. Your signed agreement sets how long we keep it and how we delete it.
Can AI prepare a construction bid?
Yes. Mebbian prepares your estimate and bid package from your drawings and the prices you supply. Your team sets the price and sends it.
Can AI redline architectural drawings?
Yes. Mebbian marks your PDF set on the sheet at each conflict and writes the proposed correction in a correction log. Your team decides every change, makes it in your Revit or CAD files and sends the set out.
