What these terms cover
These terms apply when you use the Mebbian, Inc. website and its public content, and when you send us a job. Paid trials, client work, data handling and product setup may follow separate written agreements.
Public content
The website gives general information. It does not promise results, savings, more bids, more wins, setup dates or a fit for your business. Figures describe individual projects. Dollar amounts are estimates. Your results will differ.
Booking a call and your job
Booking a call or sending us a job does not make you a client. We offer one job per firm at no charge. We can decline a job, and we tell you if we do. We aim to have the work ready for your call. We do not promise it by your bid date or issue date, so keep your own process running until you have checked it.
The work we prepare
The estimate, bid package, redlines, lists and questions we prepare are drafts for your team to check, based on the files you send. Prices come from the rates you give us or from general cost data that may not fit your job or market. Mebbian can miss mistakes or flag something that is correct. Your firm stays responsible for the design, prices, quantities, work included, corrections and everything it sends. Mebbian writes drafts and never sends them.
Licensed work
Mebbian is not an architecture or engineering firm and gives no architectural, engineering, code compliance or legal advice. Our drafts are not for permit or construction until a licensed professional on your project reviews them and takes responsibility for them.
Files and rights
You confirm that you have the right to share the files you send. You keep all rights to your files. You give Mebbian permission to copy and process them, and to share them with the providers named in our privacy policy, only to prepare this job and go over it with you. You can use the work we hand over in your own business. Mebbian keeps its software, prompts, models, methods and templates. We do not use your files for any training unless you sign a written agreement with us that allows it.
Other firms on the same project
We may work with other firms bidding or designing the same project. We keep each firm's files, prices and work separate, and we share them with no other firm.
Third-party names
Third-party names and logos, including Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Bluebeam, Google Drive, SharePoint, Outlook and Excel, are trademarks of their respective owners and show the tools Mebbian works with. Mebbian is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with those companies.

No warranty and limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Mebbian provides the website and all free work as is, with no warranty of any kind. Mebbian has no liability for any loss from using them, including a lost or mistaken bid, rework, a design error or lost profit, even when Mebbian's negligence causes the loss. If any liability remains, Mebbian's total liability is limited to $100.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
