Scope

This notice explains how Mebbian handles information submitted through this website. The only way to submit anything to us here is by booking a call.

Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement. Drawing sets, project files, firm standards and any other material a client provides under an engagement are handled under that agreement and are not covered by this notice.

What we collect, and only this

If you book a call, the scheduling form is operated by Cal.com and collects the name, email address, and any answers you type into it, together with the date and time you select. That information is submitted to Cal.com and reaches us through our Cal.com account. It does not pass through a Mebbian server first.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs for requests to this site, including IP address, user agent, and the URL requested. We use these for security and reliability, not to build a profile of you.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies in your browser and reports to Google how you arrived, roughly where you are, what device you used, and which pages you looked at. It is not tied to your name, and we do not use it to build a profile of you as an individual.

We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, session recording, or a data broker integration on this site. The cost calculator runs entirely in your browser — the number you type is never transmitted to us.

Third parties that receive information

Cal.com operates the scheduling overlay. Nothing is requested from Cal.com until you interact with a booking button. At that point your browser loads a script and an embedded frame from Cal.com, which means Cal.com receives your IP address, browser user agent, and the address of the page you are on. Cal.com may set its own cookies inside that frame. Anything you type into the booking form — name, email, timezone, and your answers — is submitted to Cal.com and is governed by their privacy policy.

Google receives analytics data through Google Analytics: your IP address (which Google truncates), user agent, referring site, and the pages you view. Google is the processor for that data under its own terms.

Vercel hosts this website and processes the server logs described above.

That is the complete list. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Server logs follow Vercel's standard retention for our plan and are not exported or archived by us.

Booking records are retained inside our Cal.com account under their terms.

Google Analytics data is retained under the period configured in our Google Analytics property.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@mebbian.ai and we will action it. We do not require you to prove a statutory right before we will honour a deletion request.

If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data rights, such as the EEA, the UK, or California, those rights apply and the same address reaches us.

You can avoid the Cal.com scheduler entirely by emailing us instead. Nothing on this site requires you to use it.

You can opt out of Google Analytics on every site you visit by installing Google's official opt-out browser add-on, or by using your browser's tracking-protection or do-not-track settings.

Security

This site sends a Content Security Policy that restricts which scripts and frames may run, enforces HTTPS through HSTS, and blocks framing by other origins. It has no server-side endpoints that accept personal data and holds no credentials of its own, so there is no store of your information here to breach.

If you believe you have found a security issue with this site, please write to contact@mebbian.ai. We will acknowledge it and we will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith.

Changes and contact

If this notice changes materially, the effective date below changes with it.
