What this policy covers

This notice explains how Mebbian handles information submitted through this website: the start form, the drawings and other files you upload with it, and call bookings.

Paid client work follows a separate written agreement. That agreement covers the plans, files, firm standards and other material provided for that work.

What we collect

Our start form sends your email to our server, where we check that its domain can receive mail and email you a 6-digit code. Cal.com runs our booking calendar. It collects your name, email, chosen time and answers, and the start form fills in some of them for you. We see those details in our Cal.com account. Cal.com also tells our server about each booking so we can add Karim from our team to the call. Cal.com may notify you when he is added.

Our website provider keeps records of visits, including your internet address, browser details and the page requested. We use these records to keep the site secure and working. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies in your browser and reports to Google how you arrived, roughly where you are, what device you used, and which pages you looked at. It is not tied to your name, and we do not use it to build a profile of you as an individual.

We do not track you for advertising, record your browsing session or connect this site to a service that trades personal data.

Files you send us for your job

When you send us a job, you upload the drawings, and specifications, your prices or your redline legend if you have them, through the form on this website. The form also collects your firm type, name, work email, company, role, due date, scope and, if you add one, a note.

The files go straight from your browser to private storage on Vercel Blob. Your details and a signed link to each file go to the Mebbian team by email through Resend and into our ClickUp record. Anyone holding a signed link can open the file until the link expires after 30 days. Files up to 75 MB are also attached in ClickUp, and small sets of files are attached to the team email. Those copies stay until we delete them.

We use those files only to prepare this job for your firm and to go over the work with you. We keep them confidential, and we share them with no other client or prospect. We do not use your files for any training unless you sign a written agreement with us that allows it. A first job builds no company brain. After you sign on, we build your company brain from the past jobs you give us, and your signed agreement sets how long we keep it and how we delete it.

To prepare the job we process the files on Mebbian's own computers and send them to our AI providers, Anthropic and Google Cloud. Their business terms bar them from using your files to train their models.

We delete the files and the work we prepare from them when you ask. Write to contact@mebbian.ai. Paid engagements replace this paragraph with the data terms in the signed agreement.

Other companies that receive information

Cal.com runs the booking window. It loads when you use a booking button or reach the last step of the start form. Cal.com then receives your internet address, browser details and the page address. It may store cookies in that window. Its privacy policy covers the name, email, time zone and answers you enter.

Google Analytics receives a shortened version of your internet address, your browser details, the site you came from and the pages you view. Google processes that information under its own terms.

Vercel hosts this website, processes the server logs described above, and stores the files you upload through the start form in a private Vercel Blob store.

Resend delivers the email that tells the Mebbian team about your submission, and any email code we send to confirm your address. The team email holds your details and the signed file links, and small sets of files are attached to it.

ClickUp holds our record of your submission. It receives your details, your note and the signed file links. Files up to 75 MB are attached to that record.

Microsoft 365 runs our email. It receives the team email, any attached files, the confirmation email we send you and our replies to you.

Zoom runs the call. Granola takes notes and a transcript of the call for our team, and Notion stores those notes. Tell us at the start of the call if you prefer no transcript.

Anthropic and Google Cloud process the files you send for your job, as described above.

These are the companies that receive information through this website and your job. We do not sell personal information. We share it with nobody else unless the law requires it or you ask us to.

How long we keep it

Vercel keeps website visit records for the period included in our plan. We do not export or archive those records.

Cal.com keeps booking records in our account under its terms.

Uploaded files and the work we prepare from them, including the copies in our email and ClickUp, stay until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them for the job. Provider backups clear on each provider's schedule.

Google Analytics keeps data for the period set in our account.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you. You can ask us to correct or delete it. Email contact@mebbian.ai. You do not have to prove a legal right before we agree to a deletion request.

If your location gives you specific data rights, those rights still apply. This includes the European Economic Area, the UK and California. Use the same email address to contact us.

A job on the start form goes in when you book a call through Cal.com. To avoid Cal.com, email contact@mebbian.ai and we arrange your call and job by email.

You can opt out of Google Analytics on every site you visit by installing Google's official opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking it with your browser's tracking protection. We do not respond to browser do-not-track signals.

Security

The site uses security settings to limit which outside code can run and to stop other sites from displaying it inside their pages. It requires an encrypted connection. Uploaded files are private in storage. Our team opens them through expiring links, our email and our ClickUp workspace.

If you believe you have found a security issue with this site, please write to contact@mebbian.ai. We will acknowledge it and we will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith.
